Firmer trend was seen on the grain markets, as most of the items maintained weekend levels amid modest activity on Monday, dealers said.

On the seed side, cottonseed oilcake new type lost Rs 35 to Rs 475 on better production expectations, they said. While, other items sustained weekend levels.

On the cereals side, sugar shed Rs 10 to Rs 1910 and Rs 1940.
